The instructors of Arthur Murray Dance Center in Dayton are once again giving back to the community in this year’s Valentines Dance to benefit Dayton’s A Special Wish. “A Special Wish is such an incredible organization and this is a wonderful chance for our studio to give back to the community,” said Barbara Haller, co-owner of Arthur Murray in Dayton. “Our instructors have been practicing for months with their community celebrities. And we encourage everyone to vote for their favorite star and give to the children of Dayton.”
2020 participants include instructors from Arthur Murray Dance Center in Dayton (Craig, Amanda, Olivia, and Guillermo) and a number of community celebrities including Eric Gagliano, Monty Mabry, Shannon Carlson, Andrew Mitakides, Jessica Saunders, and Janet Moland.
The 15th Annual Valentines Dance is a wonderful night of dancing and great music and boasts a much-anticipated “Dancing with the Dayton Stars” dance competition. Featuring local community leaders paired with professional dancers as they leave it all on the dance floor in their quest to capture the coveted mirrored ball trophy! All proceeds from the dance will go directly to A Special Wish to grant the wishes of local children who have been diagnosed with a life-threatening illness.
